Shipping & Delivery Options

We aim to get your Macaroons to you as soon as possible! 

Orders are shipped within 48 business hours (Business hours are Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm CST).  Orders placed on or near holidays may have extended turnaround time.

 

Quality Product Control 

To maintain the quality of the product, during the warmer months, your order will be delivered fresh in cooled packaging, which includes an insulated liner and an ice pack. 

We encourage you to save and reuse the ice pack.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

 

Payments

Payment for orders will be made via your credit card upon placing the order. Sales tax, if applicable and shipping charges will be added to your order. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been shipped and your credit card charged.

If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

 

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee

~ Full refunds or exchanges are provided for products returned to the Company via a return shipment no later than 14 days from the date of delivery. 

 

~ ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE. 

 

~ We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks.

If there is a problem with a product or an error with your order, e-mail info@kuzalaorganics.com or call 612-723-7960 and we will assist you.  If we’ve sent you the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.

 

TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

 1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via e-mail info@kuzalaorganics.com or by phone 612-723-7960

 

 2. We will email you a return form.  You simply need to state the reason for the return and sign it.  

    ~ The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. 

    ~ The item must be returned within 14 days from delivery date.

    ~ Your purchase will be refunded minus original shipping costs.
